Return Policy
We want every MeadowCup order to arrive in good condition and feel easy to trust. The policy below explains how shipping, returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for U.S. orders.
1. Shipping Time
Our standard delivery window is 7-15 business days after dispatch for most U.S. orders. Processing times may vary during launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe we communicate for your order, we may send you an updated delivery notice and, where appropriate, offer the option to cancel before shipment.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items that remain sealed and in their original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are ingestible and wellness-focused, we do not accept returns of opened tea products, used items, or any item that has been unsealed, tampered with, or returned in non-resalable condition, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at MeadowCup@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
5. Return Approval
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or refused. If your return is approved, we will provide the next steps and the correct return address.
6. Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged delivery, or a confirmed product defect.
8. Wellness and Product Use
MeadowCup products are sold for general wellness and everyday enjoyment. Product information on our site is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
