Shipping & Returns
A clear guide to shipping times, return eligibility, damaged orders, and how to contact us if you need help with an order.
1. Shipping Overview
We currently serve customers in the United States. Orders are prepared with care and shipped according to the timelines shown below.
2. Processing Time
Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days before dispatch. During launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.
3. Transit Time
Once dispatched, most U.S. orders arrive within 7-15 business days. This is an estimated delivery window and may vary based on destination, weather, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
4. Tracking and Delivery
When tracking is available, you will receive shipping information after dispatch. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.
5. Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items that remain sealed and in their original packaging.
Because MeadowCup products are ingestible, we do not accept returns of opened tea products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
6. Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or an order arrives damaged, please contact us first. Where appropriate, we may arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution instead of a standard return.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
8. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
